Returns

Once a product has been delivered to the customer, Torro Sweets generally does not accept returns. This policy helps maintain product safety, quality, and hygiene standards.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If a customer receives a product that is damaged during delivery or if the wrong item has been delivered, the customer must contact Torro Sweets within 24 hours of receiving the order.

After reviewing the complaint, Torro Sweets may offer one of the following solutions:

• Store credit

• Refund if the issue is verified

Refund Processing
